Shipping will be Insured USPS Priority Mail with Tracking information.

Rush shipping can be accommodated for an additional  fee

Hats will be shipped  in sturdy boxes so damage should not occur.  If a box is badly damaged, please refuse delivery.  I will file a claim  through the Postal Service.  If you accept delivery, please contact me and I will assist you in filing a claim.

I am willing to do repairs, but shipping is at your expense.

I will gladly make a hat for you in the colors you wish and the style you want.  I will need three months to locate the hat, design it, and ship it to you, so please order in a timely manner. Individual custom made hats start at $450.

Every hat is designed individually. There will never be another like it.
